House Rules for Online Rosary Prayer Session on Google Meet
Dear Participants,
Welcome to our BCBP Waterloo Mission online rosary prayer session! We are so blessed to have you join us in prayer. In order to ensure a peaceful, reverent, and smooth experience for everyone, we kindly ask that you follow these house rules:
Opening and Closing Prayer Leaders
There will be a designated leader for both the opening and closing prayers. The leader will guide us in prayer, and all participants are asked to follow along silently or mics set on mute. This helps maintain focus and ensures that the prayer time is harmonious for all.Mute Microphones During Prayer
Please ensure your microphone is muted when you are not the designated prayer leader. Multiple participants speaking at the same time can cause the sound to become distorted or garbled, due to limitations in the Google Meet technology. Keeping your mic muted during prayer helps avoid distractions and allows everyone to hear the prayers clearly.Praying the Mysteries
To help our Rosary prayer flow smoothly, here’s how we’ll do it:
The leader of the first mystery will begin with the opening prayer (for example: saying the "Our Father...,") and the leader of the second mystery will follow with the prayer's response ( "Give us this day..."). And this will continue for each prayer in that decade.
When we move to the second mystery, the leader of that mystery will start the prayer, and the leader of the next mystery will respond, and so on.
This way, each leader will guide their part, keeping everything connected and in harmony as we proceed with each decade in the mysteries.
Respectful Silence and Focus
As we come together to pray, we ask that you maintain a spirit of reverence and respect throughout the session. Please refrain from unrelated conversations or background noises, as they can disrupt the prayer atmosphere.
Thank you for your understanding and cooperation. Let us unite in prayer and bring peace to our hearts, knowing that we are gathered as one in spirit, even through the distance.
In Christ,
BCBP Waterloo Mission
